Return Policy

Most of our shippers will insert a contact address for returns and exchanges. Contact these shippers first before contacting Natural Organic Clothes and they will notify us of any monitory adjustments pertaining to your product issues and we will handle accordingly. Should an item not have return to sender slip in your package then prior to returning any items please E-mail ljbusiness@msn.com and we will contact the shipper to adjust the issues and email the information to you.

We will accept most items up to 15 days after the date of shipping.
We will gladly refund any product (minus shipping costs).
Items must be returned within 15 days or a credit cannot be issued. All returns and exchanges must be returned sealed in their original packaging.
In most cases: Items that are returned in an unused and resalable condition your money will be refunded with deductions for shipping and handling or the item can be used as a credit for another item. If the item not resalable then it will be returned without any credit or exchange.
Should the item need to be returned for a different size then you will pay the cost of returning the item and the new size will be sent without additional shipping fees.

Exception to returns and exchanges: Lapsaky Organic Cotton Children's Clothes does not accept any returns or exchanges unless it is their error in shipping a product not ordered by the customer.

Send all returned items the original shipper. Should the shipper not have a return and exchange policy then send to AlphaPremium, Inc.; Attn: Leana Bosley; 439 Ewing Way; Wylie, Texas 75098 and contact ljbusiness@msn.com

Backorder Policy

In case of back order (which is rare) you will be contacted by E-mail as soon as possible. Usually the item will be coming will be received in a week or two. As a rule there is very few back orders, since we maintain adequate supplies.

Shipping Policy

No minimum purchase is required.

Will not ship to P.O. addresses; direct delivery addresses only. Your order will be refused and you will not be charged.
You will receive an E-mail confirmation once your order has been processed.
Allow 2-4 days for processing your order.
Orders may be filled and shipped from multiple warehouses, therefore your orders may arrive separately.
Packages are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service.

Most orders: UPS ground shipping delivery allow 1-6 business days.
U.S. Postal Service generally take longer to arrive.

(Please allow up to seven (7) additional days for deliver for individually handmade clothing pieces.

NOTE: No "Next Day" or "2nd Day" service.

DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT - there will be a $10 refused shipment fee.

Soft Star Shoes Shipping - Contact Natural Organic Clothes at ljbusiness@msn.com or 972-998-7967 if you wish to ship your shoe order overseas. Natural Organic Clothes will not ship overseas without additional charges to your card to cover the cost charged by Soft Star Shoes to ship. Natural Organic Clothes will not ship overseas on any Pay Pal card payments. You can ship the shoes to your residence and ship overseas. Here is the charges that you can expect to pay.

USA
All USA retail orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service First Class mail. The first item is $5.25, with free shipping on additional items. You can also opt for Priority shipping, or 2 day UPS service.

USA rates include shipping to American protectorates and territories. Shipping in the USA usually takes 2-9 days via First class mail, or 2-3 days via Priority.

Canada
All Canadian retail orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service First Class mail. The first item is $5.25, with free shipping on additional items. Shipping your shoes First Class to Canada can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks (maximum) depending on customs processing. Because our product is sourced and made in the USA, you should not have to pay any import duties under the North American Free Trade Act (NAFTA). We identify our packages as subject to NAFTA regulations on the outer package and invoice. You can also choose UPS Worldwide Expedited for delivery within 1-2 business days.

Canadian orders are considered international shipments and all international rules and regulations apply, including import duties and taxes. You are responsible for these additional charges once the shipment reaches your country. See below for more information on international shipments.

International Destinations:

In addition to US, Canada, Puerto Rico and APO/AFO addresses, Soft Star Shoes can ship to most other countries - you will see the choices in the drop down boxes when you order. Some countries are not listed in the drop down box - Sorry, this is because we have not had success sending packages there in the past via the standard mail services. If the country you desire is not listed, please email or call us for a quote to send via UPS for guaranteed delivery.

Damaged Goods Policy

It is rare that you will receive damaged goods. Should the shipper (UPS or United States Post) cause damage then we will take care of all charges. The condition of your product is of primary concern for our company.
