In no way mass produce anything you see in my store. Everything is handmade one at a time by me alone.

I strive to make each item out of 100% recycled materials, but that's not always possible.

The bag itself and the lining are always repurposed materials, however, the hardware (buttons, zippers, etc.) are sometimes new.

Given the nature of the materials used, two of the same product may be slightly different in size. Rarely will the linings be the same. However, I can keep them within the same color scheme if you would like.

Just a note:

Think about how long it will take for a box full of vhs tapes to decompose...somewhere between plastic bags (10-20 years) and plastic soda bottles (450 years). I do save the cases and "innards" waiting until a brilliant idea hits me on how to use them! I have figured out that there are really neat "beads" inside...one more part being used! The rollers that the tape weaves through and slides on make very cool tubular beads. You see them used on "Candice".

A little about how OnceAgainDesigns came about:

I have been sewing and crafting for most of my life. A few years ago I got involved in crocheting using just about anything that could be manipulated. Twine, plastic bags, ribbon, wire, fabric, VHS , cassette and 8-track tapes, if it will twist and turn, I'll try to make something out of it!

It all started one day when I ran out of yarn and wanted to start a new project, not wanting to go to the store, I looked around the house to see what I could use. I had twine, so I made a basket. I had plastic bags and had actually seen them crocheted so I tried my hand at that. One thing led to another and I have come to this. I think tapes are one of my favorite...
