• Repairs: Soft Star 100% guarantees all shoes, and does repairs free of charge within the first four months.   After four months, they will also repair older shoes for a small fee if they still have good wear left in them.   For most children, our shoes are quite durable and will last until they outgrow them - however, if the moccasins or shoes are being worn as a primary outdoor shoe by a very active child - it is possible that they may only last 4-6 months due to their soft, pliable nature.  Shoes that have holes worn through the bottom of the soles are not repairable. If you have questions about repairs, give them a call.
