Friendly Returns and Exchanges
The Soft Star Elves would be happy to help you with returns or exchanges, even on "Design Your Own" custom made shoe items. New, unworn shoes may be returned for any reason* for full refund within 45 days of receipt to the elves at Soft Star (Note: For purchases made through Natural Organic Clothes after determining eligibility for refund Soft Star will contact NOC and you will receive your refund from NOC, minus the shipping fee and any charges Soft Star makes against the return.):

For exchanges, please reorder your new sizes or colors online or by phone at Soft Star. Return the unworn shoes with your name and order number. Natural Organic Clothes will post a refund to the appropriate credit card upon notification from Soft Star.
Shoes returned 45 to 90 days after purchase can be exchanged for other in-stock items. Sorry, but Soft Star does not accept returns after 90 days.

Return or Exchange of DAFO/AFO shoes: Soft Star will work with you to get the shoes to fit properly, reworking them as needed. If you decide you do not want the shoe - we will refund $60. The $25 non-refundable fee is to cover our material costs.
HOW TO ORDER:
1. Make a tracing of the foot with the brace on.
2. Measure the circumference of the instep and ankle with the brace on.
3. Specify colors and motifs of your Playtime shoe or Laguna sandal.
- Single color or you can select a unique color for the front, the back and the strap
- The shoe can be plain, or we can inlay a leather star, heart or moon / star. We could also do star, heart, flower or teardrop cutouts.
4. Mail tracing, measurements, colors and check to us at Soft Star Shoes, 521 SW Second Street, #201, Corvallis, Oregon 97333. We will make your custom shoes and mail to you within 1-2 weeks. Please do not Fax the measurements as this distorts the scale of your tracing.

Repairs
Soft Star 100% guarantees all shoes, and will do repairs free of charge within the first four months. After four months, Soft Star will also repair older shoes for a small fee if they still have good wear left in them. For most children, Soft Star’s shoes are quite durable and will last until they outgrow them - however, if the moccasins or shoes are being worn as a primary outdoor shoe by a very active child - it is possible that they may only last 4-6 months due to their soft, pliable nature. Shoes that have holes worn through the bottom of the soles are not repairable.
