One of the founders, Scott Leonard, visited South American and encountered the priceless beauty of local Artisans. The richness of the many cultures and knitting techniques encouraged him to bring this information to his California home to create Indigenous Designs. Indigenous Designs has created a network of artisan work from around the world that provides:

The versatile neckline flap can be buttoned up to create a square neck style or left open as shown in the photo to give the impression of a Turning Leaf. Slightly fluted sleeves add a touch of elegance. Sweater falls to mid hip. Pullover is available in extra small, small, medium and large made of 100% Organic Cotton. Suggested care is hand wash and dry flat. Individually Hand Knit in Peru at a knitting Cooperative that respects and promotes indigenous artisans meeting all Fair Trade Federation guidelines.
