- Color grown organic cotton (not dyed, but grown in green, brown, and natural colors). Pure, natural and healthy! Essential for those with allergies, chemical sensitivities, and nervous system disorders.
- Low impact dyed organic cotton. These fabrics contribute to the health of our environment by eliminating many dangerous chemicals and metals, allowing only the use of non-allergenic, non-metal, and non-carcinogenic pigments. These dyes also have minimal impact on our soil and ground water.
Lapsaky believes the more interesting and fun they make organic cotton, the more it will become a part of our every day life... just like eating organic foods, limiting the use of plastics, and thinking twice about getting into our cars and driving somewhere (when we could walk, bike, bus, train/subway).
Organic cotton is destined to become a staple in our daily routine, and Lapsaky has developed a collection of baby and kids clothing which are colorful, functional, sturdily constructed, and sized to accommodate both the shrinkage of fabric and growth of child.

Preemie Baby - Lapsaky has created a unique collection of truly "preemie" baby clothing, blankets, sheets, and diapers. Clothing is offered in three sizes from 2.5 pounds to 6 pounds.
Lapsaky had a "true size" doll made for their model in the 4-5 pound size. All of the clothing the baby doll is modeling has been pre-shrunk, so you can see the actual real fit. This doll is 16" long.
All of the preemie clothing was designed after consultation with NICU nurses, and their strongest recommendation is that all clothing be a kimono style with ties. Footed or mitted style clothing is not included due to the need for IV's and monitors.
Lapsaky's goal is to offer clothing for these little guys which really works, and will be a pleasure for parents, family, friends and nurses to experience.

Newborn Baby - For your new baby Lapsaky offers their kimono styled garments. Lapsaky has designed this collection with a few goals in mind;
*ease of dressing (all styles open up flat-just lay baby on top and close)
*comfortable (soft cozy fabric, flat seam construction, ties)
*true fit for newborn baby (smaller than 0-3 mos. size)
*several color choices
Clothing designed for babies 6 to 10 pounds, 18" to 22" long.
Consumer Products Safety Commision: Lapsaky offers CPSC (Consumer Products Safety Commission) compliant long johns for children in the 2T-8 size range, and babies’ newborn through 24 mos. In order to avoid using fabrics which have been chemically treated to be fire retardant, Lapsaky has designed a line of long johns which follow the "snug fitting" requirements of the CPSC.
Sleepwear for babies 9 mos. and younger is not required to be snug fitting or chemically treated, so we still offer our zipper rompers and sleep sacks for that age group for sleepwear. For snug fitting requirements, you will find baby long johns in 9-18 months and 18-24 mos.
